- Are you an Ex-Service Man
- Security Code
Fill up all the details carefully and submit the form using the save button. You will be redirected to the page where you have to create a unique username and password for your account.
File Complaint to Indian Prime Minister(PM) using Grievance Portal
I hope you have successfully created an account in the online complaint portal. Now login to the PM Grievance Portal.
Once you have successfully logged in you will be in the dashboard where you get the status about the complaints you have registered, pending, and closed.
In sidebar, You can find the below options.
- Dashboard
- Lodge Public Grievance
- Account Activity
- Edit Profile
- Change Password
- Sign Out
To lodge the complaint, click the “Lodge Public Grievance“.
There are terms and conditions you have to read before lodge a complaint. Read carefully and proceed.
Now you have to select the service which you want to complaint. All services are mentioned on the website. Those are,

- Health & Family welfare
- External Affairs
- Petroleum & Natural Gas
